Theatre Arts Boosters

All parents of students involved in our program, whether they are enrolled in classes, participate in productions, or both, are members of Theatre Arts Patrons! TAP is the Spartan Theatre booster program, and the members of TAP support the program in many ways, including running concessions, helping with build days, reaching out to new parent volunteers and more!

Want to stay in the loop about parent volunteer needs, TAP meetings, rehearsal calendars and more? Join our Rallyhood site! Just click the button to the right to submit your email address and our TAP board will approve your request to join in a timely manner. Meet the TAP Board!

Our wonderful TAP Board is always happy to answer questions and welcome new members! Please find them at any Spartan Theatre events if you have a question or you'd like to know more about being involved!

jen strand

Board President

This is Jen‘s second year on the TAP Board and she is eager to continue supporting our amazing Spartan Theatre program. Jen has one child, Jack, who is a Junior at WSHS. He is currently serving as an officer in the International Thespian Society as co-Event Coordinator.  Jen has had the pleasure of supporting and fostering Jack’s love of performing and is thrilled that he has found such a wonderful community in Spartan Theatre. She is looking forward to another great season!

Julie wagner

Board Vice-President

Julie is in her 10th year as a Spartan Theatre parent. She has four theatre kids - two past actors, one current tech, and one future middle school actor. She has always found a way to volunteer for Spartan Theatre - Tag Days, tech week meals, selling tickets, helping with concessions; this year she was finally convinced to be on the board. Spartan Theatre has always provided her kids and her students a home away from home where they have felt loved and accepted for who they are or who they might become. She is happy to continue to support the program however she can and accepts 100% that it usually involves lots of food.

kristin graham

Board Vice-President

This is Kristin’s first year on the TAP board, but she was very active in the WSHS band boosters with her older daughter (class of 2023), so she’s familiar with the performing arts community at WSHS. Kristin is a life-long theatre fan and wishes her life would one day suddenly turn into a musical – even if it was for only one song! Her daughter Lizzie is a sophomore who has been involved in theatre since 3rd grade (in three different states). Kristin’s dream came true when both her daughters performed in the spring musical (on stage and in the pit) last year. She is excited to be more involved with the outstanding team that produces such amazing performances.

dawn dress

Board Secretary

This is Dawn’s first year serving on the TAP Board as Secretary and her second year as a Spartan Theatre parent. Her daughter, Miranda, is a senior this year and has found a welcoming and encouraging home in the theatre program. Dawn is looking forward to serving on the board and volunteering in any way she can, and she cannot wait to see Ms. Nash and the students work their magic.

Ann Schwartz

Board Treasurer

Ann Schwartz is serving as Treasurer for the TAP board in her second year on the board, where she is happy to do what she can to support the students, Ms. Nash, and the great WSHS theatre program.  Ann grew up in a theatre loving family, and is thrilled to have children who not only love theatre, but also enjoy performing.  Her oldest, Jaqueline Drobnis, is a junior who loves singing, acting, and dancing, and has found her home at WSHS on stage and in the choir.  Ann looks forward to seeing the amazing work of the students and theatre community this year at WSHS.
